A PGA of Canada Class A Professional, he is also currently the Vice-President of the Golf Journalists Association of Canada, having worked in the Canadian golf media since 1996.
Scott has been working in golf since the age of 14 (38 years and counting) and completed formal education at Loyalist College, Wilfrid Laurier University, and the Golf Management Institute of Canada.
In between media work, he still finds time to coach golf, as well as spend time with his wife and daughter.
