We delve into a big PGA of Canada - Ottawa event, the PING Challenge Cup, as we announce the teams we will each be acting as Captains to in the coming days for this annual battle between Head Professionals and Assistant Professionals.

\n\n

Kevin and Jake Haime join us on the Lesson tee with some thoughts on the grip.

\n\n

On the Back Nine, we wander through some thoughts on the 2023 Ryder Cup and our expectations for the week, who we might like to see matched against each other and consider why the United States team has struggled through the event's history on European soil.

The CP Women's Open has not been conducted since 2019 due to the pandemic and fans turned out in droves at the Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club to see some of the most talented golfers on the planet.

\n\n

We have a full wrap-up of the week including the win by Paula Reto, the takeaway for Brooke Henderson, and Lorie Kane's 30th and final CP Women's Open. We also discuss the impact on the local community and how the golf course and infrastructure made the tournament one to remember.

\n\n

On the lesson tee Kevin Haime talks triggers to start your golf swing, and in Product Watch we dive into the winner's bag of Paula Reto and discuss some equipment trends on the LPGA TOUR that the average golfer should be paying attention to.
